From the very beginnings of 1964 till today.

1964

  • on the initiative of Janja Korošec Žižek, Dinko Fio, professor of music from Zagreb, sets up a Central Choir Maribor
  • on the second rehearsal, the choir is taken over by Branko Rajšter

1965

  • first appearance in public at the Youth Choir Festival, Celje
  • bronze plaquette at the Youth Choir Festival, Celje1966
  • the choir consists of 66 singers, aged from 10 to 15 years

1966

  • first concert abroad: sole concert in Graz (Austria), Stefaniensahl Hall

1967

  • gold plaquette at the Youth Choir Festival, Celje

1968

  • for the first time on a longer touring guest performance abroad, Switzerland

1969

  • golden plaquette at the Youth Choir Festival, Celje
  • small LP: winning choirs at Youth Choir Festival, Celje (7 musical works)

1970
