Orchestra Chorus Instrumentalis
Kristina Oberžan, voice
Adiemus compositions are spiritual, religious, meditative; they are open, leading people in directions they chose themselves. The scenic concert Adiemus is a counterpoint of extremely precise minimal/minimalist choreographic elements and symphonic world music. It introduces various melodies, the language of Arab, African, Celtic and other musical motifs, characteristic harmonies, minimalist repetitions of motives formed into an extended vocal instrumental work. Adiemus addresses people from
various milieus, beliefs and cultures, giving the work the universality that is so special.
