Carmina Slovenica's concert tour in South Africa

CS performed on stages in five cities: Pretoria, Potchefstroom, Bloemfontain, Drakensberg and Cape Town, carrying out a programme with Slavic music and modern music literature. The tour is part of the Attacca programme that has established itself as an important concept of Slovene and international choral movement in the past ten years of its existence.

10 years of the ATTACCA programme 

Carmina Slovenica is about to set off on their second tour in the South African Republic. We will perform on stages in five cities: Pretoria, Potchefstroom, Bloemfontain, Drakensberg and Cape Town, carrying out a programme with Slovene music and contemporary music literature. Alongside the concerts, Carmina Slovenica will give workshops at universities in Pretoria and Potcheftroom as well as for a school of singing in Drakensberg, introducing Slovene music culture to participants.
